Our classes encourage you to connect with yourself, listen deeply, and move through poses in a way that feels supportive and intuitive. Injuries often happen when we push to be somewhere other than where we are. In yoga, there is no perfect pose. Only finding ease within effort and letting go of the struggle to get somewhere else.

These classes are all about 20 minutes and allow you to try out our main class types. It's a great way to try a new class that may be out of your comfort zone. Take rest when you need to and adjust to fit your body, moving with ease...enjoy!
